This was our first time visiting this place and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The fish was very good! This may be some of the best catfish I have eaten. Large portions and decent prices. Nice laid-back atmosphere and kid friendly.
What an amazing place!! We loved the atmosphere! The staff was very very friendly! But most of all the food was absolutely delicious!!! Several of us had the blue gill filets and they were excellent!!! Our food was served hot and the portions were nice for the price, we will definitely be back! I would highly recommend their food! !!!! The Joes sauce was a special treat :) The owner took time to get to know us as 12 of us had traveled from Effingham on bikes ...

My husband and I had the bluegill. It was cooked perfectly. Our friends had the Alaskan white fish and they said the same. Beer was cold and ambience was relaxed and inviting. Its not expensive but it's cash only so come prepared.

Excellent fish on Fri and Sat nights. Well worth the drive out. Be sure to bring cash they don't take cards!
